Our aim was to design and manufacture a kitchen that complimented the house whilst adding some modern touches. This project from Design to completion was approximately 8 months in the making.
One of the main things we have learnt over the years, is that even with the best laid plans, where Kitchens are involved always expect some element of surprise and this project was no exception. Whilst removing the old Kitchen, Premier Carpentry and Build discovered the surround around the cooking area was completely false and if needed could be easily removed. After some deep discussions our clients decided this would be best option to create a cleaner, crisp finish to the Kitchen. At this point all units had been made and assembled ready for delivery so for most a redesign at this stage would result in a large amount of wasted product. We were instead able to create a redesign which not only reworked all current units but also resulted in minimal additional cost for our client. The end result was a beautiful new Kitchen and a very happy client.
